Verónica Benedetti is one of Chile's most recognized professionals in compliance, corporate investigations, and corporate governance. Her career combines the rigor of leading international firms with hands-on experience on boards and senior executive positions.
As a former Deloitte Partner, she led the Risk & Compliance, Forensic, and Corporate Governance practices, developing world-class standards for companies in Chile and Latin America. Previously, she served for 13 years as Regional Compliance Officer at AES Andes.
Today, as a Board Member of Empresa de los Ferrocarriles del Estado (EFE) and founding partner of Pharos Consulting, she continues advising boards and executive teams on the most critical compliance, ethics, and integrity challenges.
